Green Room @ The Old School

The Old School is a unique renovated space, consisting of 4 classrooms converted into spacious self-catering apartments.

The light and airy spaces beckon local and international tourists, creatives, and anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the beautiful countryside. It offers an ideal opportunity for remote working.

We encourage our guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the beautiful building and garden and to make use of the many activities the McGregor area offers.

Our four apartments with their luxury finishes, showcase high ceilings, beautiful windows, and wooden floors reminiscent of a bygone era.

The historical Old School building was home to six large classrooms prior to the property being lovingly restored by the previous owner.

This classroom unit has been renovated with an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, and features an open plan layout with a double bed in the bedroom area and a daybed in the living room that can be made up as an extra bed. Ideal for a couple, individuals or 2 friends sharing.

All guests have access to the peaceful garden under the old trees, outside “stoep” (undercover porch area), and wood barbeque with a seating area.

The outside areas are shared with other guests unless all 4 units are booked by a group.
