Blue Room @ The Old School

The Old School is a unique renovated space, consisting of 4 classrooms converted into spacious self-catering apartments.

The light and airy spaces beckon local and international tourists, creatives, and anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the beautiful countryside. It offers an ideal opportunity for remote working.

We encourage guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the beautiful building and garden and to make use of the many activities the McGregor area offers.

The four apartments with their luxury finishes, showcase high ceilings, beautiful windows, and wooden floors reminiscent of a bygone era.

The historical Old School building was home to six large classrooms prior to the property being lovingly restored by the previous owner.

Each apartment is open plan and has a lounge area with a separate fully equipped kitchenette. The bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Some of the units have an additional single bed and can accommodate a family or friends sharing.

All guests have access to the peaceful garden under the old trees, outside “stoep” (undercover porch area), and wood barbeque with a seating area.

The outside areas are shared with other guests unless all 4 units are booked by a group.
